Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This policy applies to all patients enrolled in subscription services with J H DAS MD LLC.

Intake Fee
The one-time intake fee is non-refundable once paid.

Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing cycle begins, no refunds or prorated refunds are issued for that month.

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. Charges will continue until cancellation is completed.

Cancellation
Patients may cancel their subscription at any time through the Clinic’s designated cancellation process. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur before the next scheduled renewal date.

Medication-Related Continuity Requirement
If medications have been prescribed with a defined duration (for example, a multi-month supply), the patient must maintain an active subscription for the full duration of that prescribed supply.

If a subscription is canceled early while the patient still has an active supply of medication prescribed by the Clinic, the patient remains financially responsible for the subscription fees corresponding to the remaining duration of that medication supply. Any fees assessed under this policy are charges for continued access to subscription services and are not penalties.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Patients agree to contact the Clinic to attempt resolution of billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

Non-Covered Costs
This policy does not apply to medication costs, laboratory fees, pharmacy charges, shipping, or other third-party services, which are paid directly to those vendors and are not refundable by the Clinic.
